K. AMRUTH KUMAR

Amruth Mr. K. Amruth Kumar is the Founder & Chief Consultant of ‘GREATSCOPE Consulting ( http://www.greatscope.com ) .He is a graduate in science & a Post Graduate Diploma in Business management.

He is also a Certified Behavioral Analyst, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner & a THA(Transactional HypnoAnalysis) Practitioner, Leadership Coach & Team Effectiveness Coach.

Amruth has thirty years experience in Sales, Management, Motivation & Training. After an active career spanning twelve years in selling & managing sales teams, Amruth started training in 1997. He has trained Salespeople, IT professionals, BPO employees, CA’s, customer support reps, church pastors, government employees, public sector employees, Senior managers including CEO’s & management students.

Amruth specializes in creating customized training interventions for his clients .He has researched & designed programs like ‘The NLP Experience™’, Creativity & Innovation, Problem solving, Effective decision making, SLAM – Sales Leadership And Management, Lion™- Leadership In Action, The Power Presenter , The ‘ANPACK’ Selling process, Powerteam™ –the team building program and many others. His executive coaching sessions are sought after by senior executives as he is able to consistently help them identify solutions for tough personal or professional challenges.

ANAND KUMAR NARAYANAN Anand Kumar N : Anand is a MA in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University (UK) with over 18 years of work experience in organizations like TERI, McKinsey & Co, Ma Foi Management Consultants, Greatscope Consulting, Wipro Technologies, Crestpoint Consultants, etc.

Over his career span, he has been involved actively in the areas of Learning & Development, Facilitating Management Development training programs, Program Management, Project Management, ERP Implementation Management, Visual Aids Design, Web Development, etc.

At Wipro Technologies, Anand had been an in-house faculty within Talent Transformation & Corporate HRD groups for a period of 4 years, where he led training and development programs for a large number of people (at various levels of the organization).

Other organizations and educational institutions that he has trained for include BHEL, L&T, Godrej, Mindtree, Cognizant, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Christ University (Bangalore), & MS Ramiah Institute of Advanced Studies (Bangalore).

He is certified as a facilitator in the global training programs of DDI and Dale Carnegie. He is also a BPM (Bullet Proof Manager) certified facilitator in Crestcom International’s Bullet Proof Manager Programs. He is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst in the psychometric assessment tools DISC & PAPI-I. Currently, following the concept of continuous learning, Anand is pursuing his higher education in MPhil and works as an independent consultant/Guest faculty/ Facilitator/Trainer on a freelance mode.

He is continuously passionate about bringing a difference to people’s lives through structured knowledge dissemination and facilitation of active learning in his workshops and training programs. He is an avid traveller and loves listening to old Hindi film songs.


G. Srinath : Mr.Srinath is a seasoned management professional with over thirty years experience in sales, management, administration, training & consulting.

A double post graduate in sales & marketing and business administration, Srinath is a certified ISO lead Auditor from DNV Denmark, Occupational Health and Safety systems auditor, Social Accountability –SA 8000 from SAI-Certified Auditor & QMS auditor from UK. He is also an NLP practitioner.

Srinath has a strong sales & marketing background having worked with top organizations like Xerox, Max Newyork Life, Infomedia TV18 , Reliance group etc.

He has proven expertise in setting up & training teams comprising of managers & executives in verticals like Insurance & office automation. He has spent close to a decade with Xerox, a premier Imaging products MNC for whom he held various positions ending as a sales manager. He moved to the Insurance industry when it was privatized & helped to set up & drive the business of Max Newyork Life as General Manager. His last assignment was as Vice President for Infomedia TV18, a media publishing company. In all these assignments, Srinath played a vital role in motivating, coaching , training & managing large sales & marketing teams. During his tenure, he has handled all issues of man management like recruitment planning, performance appraisals, promotion planning, client interface, employee morale & motivation.

As a senior consultant with Greatscope Consulting, Srinath has successfully handled training projects on team building, leadership, conflict management, negotiation, Sales effectiveness, managerial effectiveness, mentoring & communication with élan. His specialty lies in being able to easily connect with participants of diverse demographics.


vrusha Vrusha Honnavar : Vrusha Honnavar is a MBA in Human Resources with over 7 years experience in training. Starting as an intern with Tata Coffee, Vrusha took on the role of executive HR in SLK software. She was responsible for the training and development of the assigned verticals, which would include technical skills, soft skills, Process and the Domain. It also involved conducting induction programs for new employees. She has personally inducted over 500 employees in the process. She is also adept at conducting programs on communication, presentation skills, interpersonal effectiveness & team building. Vrusha is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm; the two basic qualities required for a trainer to connect effortlessly with participants. She is easily able to develop rapport with the participants & get them involved in the learning process.

We also have on stand-by a large pool of consultants who can conduct other programs.
